been very satisfying - there's nothing as good as great sex, and with

So let me give you the benefit of my experience and knowledge, gained
partly from reading all that scientific research, but mostly from
curing my own premature ejaculation, and that of hundreds of other men
as well....

The Quickest Cures - Pills and Potions -
Won't Work But They Will Make You Sick

There are no prescription drugs which will cure premature ejaculation.
In fact, the only drugs which can slow down your ejaculation are a
certain type of anti-depressants, and they have serious side-effects
which, frankly, you don't want to experience. I mean, would you really
want to be nauseous for two days before and after sex - even if you
could last for a whole two minutes forty-five seconds, which is what
these drugs do on average? These are high-powered mood-affecting
chemicals, and they have never been granted FDA approval for use on
premature ejaculation. If you try and take them for premature
ejaculation, you'll get nauseous, dizzy, you'll have diarrhea and you
might even become impotent.

Here's what Dr Gerald Brock, associate professor of medicine at St
Joseph's Health Centre in London, says of these drugs: "They're not
designed to treat PE, and they can cause nausea, fatigue and malaise in
patients." The slightly slowed-down ejaculation you might get with
these drugs is only one of their effects - they also cause complete
loss of ejaculation, headache, tremor, fatigue, loss of erection,
impotence, mood swings, and dizziness. All that for an extra minute of
sex.......not such a good deal, really, is it?

OK - what of the herbal pills you see offered for sale around the
internet? Let's put it this way: there's never been a single
scientifically proven piece of research that shows they work. I tried
them when I had premature ejaculation, out of a spirit of curiosity (or
desperation, more likely) and found they had no effect whatsoever. I
can't mention the brand names for legal reasons, but these pills look
to me like the modern equivalent of the snake-oil salesmen in the Wild
West, offering home-made potions to people who desperately need a cure
- and who don't have any other answers. Can you believe that people
might lie to you so as to get upwards of $80 per bottle of herbal pills
from you (though if you order six bottles, the price is a mere $400 a
bottle)? Shocking, isn't it? Well, YOU DO HAVE ANOTHER ANSWER - and
it's on this website!

But hang on, you might be saying, some of those pill-websites look very
convincing. They talk about a brain chemical called serotonin, and how
you need plenty of it for low anxiety and ejaculation control.....and
how there are 150 or more scientific articles which prove low serotonin
is linked to premature ejaculation. They offer herbal compounds which
they claim can raise serotonin, and so cure premature ejaculation. This
must be true, surely? It all sounds mighty convincing!

Well, in a word: this is bull**** - and, yes, you know the rest of that
word. Let me explain why, beginning with a statement taken from one of
those websites: The ingredients (in product X) are considered dietary
supplements by the FDA and are not drugs. Accordingly, the FDA has not
reviewed these statements. Product X is not intended to diagnose, cure,
treat or prevent any disease. Uh, what? I thought this was intended to
cure premature ejaculation? But I guess if they put in this disclaimer,
they're fireproof, even though the rest of their website is devoted to
proving how incredibly effective the product is in prolonging the time
before a man ejaculates!

These websites contain many factual errors and half-truths. For
example, one claims: 38% of women never reach orgasm during
intercourse. Well, the true figure is upwards of 75% (meaning three
quarters fo women do not have an orgasm during intercourse). They also
claim: during intercourse, the average man reaches orgasm in two
minutes, whereas the average woman reaches orgasm in four minutes. But
this is also wrong. Most women need stimulation to the clitoris to
reach orgasm, and this doesn't happen during intercourse. True, some
women do come from penile thrusting in her vagina - but if a women
does, on average it takes her twelve minutes. So if you can't trust
these herbal pill websites with simple stuff like this, how can you
believe anything they say? The sad truth is - they just make it up.
Think about that for a moment......These guys are trying to sell you
an expensive cure for premature ejaculation, and most of the evidence
they present is just made up.

If this is hard to believe, think on this. Would you believe the
"serious, scientifically proven" claims of a website that sells "safe,
effective herbal pills," which can "enlarge your penis up to five
inches"? By the way, I did not make that up. There really is website
that makes that claim. Premature ejaculation pills aren't much
different. It's all about the money!

Since 1994, herbal pills have been unregulated. In fact, these herbal
"premature ejaculation pills" are classified as food supplements, which
means the FDA has no powers to ensure the ingredients are safe; as for
the manufacturers, well, they have almost no responsibilities - they
don't have to check the ingredients are safe or effective, they don't
have to say what's in the pills, and they don't have to ensure
consistency. Independent labs have measured samples of various pills
and found wide variations from batch to batch in the concentration of
ingredients. While prescription drugs must undergo a long, expensive
process to prove that they are safe and effective, herbal pills can be
distributed to the public with little more than a factory to
manufacture them and a website to sell them. Would you trust your
sexual health and sex life to a product controlled by fewer safety
regulations than apply to vacuum cleaners and toasters?

OK, but what about those 150 scientific articles? Yes, it's true there
are lots of articles which discuss serotonin and premature ejaculation
- but they're actually all about the effect of anti-depressants on
serotonin and ejaculation. There's no evidence at all for the
effectiveness of these herbal pills in curing premature ejaculation!
And finally, before we move on - do those herbal pills increase
serotonin in the brain? No. There is not a single piece of independent
scientific evidence that these pills do what the makers claim. Search
for days, as I did: you won't find a single piece of evidence to
support their claims. Not one.

The Quick Cure Of Hypnosis Might Help You Get Your Ejaculation Under Control

Happily, there are some "quick cures" which can help. Among those is
hypnosis, or more accurately self-hypnosis. Unfortunately, it won't
exactly cure your premature ejaculation, but it will add power to other
treatments. Self-hypnosis simply means play a CD or tape to yourself
through headphones while you're relaxed, listening to a subconscious
message which will increase your confidence around sex. When you're
more confident, you'll have more sexual power, and you'll be well on
the way to developing more control over your ejaculation.

But self-hypnosis isn't a complete cure. So if you're going to use it,
you need to use it with another method of treatment - like the one on
this website. Let me make something very clear, though - you don't have
to get involved with hypnosis at all. There are programs - like the one

using hypnosis.....it's just something that can help make things a
little easier and faster!

Anesthetic Creams and Delay Condoms Don't Treat
Premature Ejaculation

I know you really want to deal with your premature ejaculation problem

ejaculator is no woman's idea of a great time in bed. She wants you to
last longer - you want to last longer - so what could be easier than a
"delay condom", or a cream to put on your penis which makes it less
sensitive to stimulation? Simple, right? Wrong!

Let me save you time and trouble. These products have a local
anesthetic in them. Nearly all the men who try them tell me that the
anesthetic on the condom or in the cream certainly numbs their penis,
so they don't feel much sensation during sex......but they still come
just as quickly......which means the problem isn't about penile
sensitivity - it's about being too aroused in your mind or your body,
and that's where you have to work on the solution. (Which is what we do
on this website.)

Worse still - if you apply the desensitizing cream directly to your
penis, without a condom, then your partner rapidly gets a numb
vagina.....and so neither of you feel any of the pleasure of sex! This
isn't the right way to treat premature ejaculation - or to cure it,
either!

A "Cure" For Premature Ejaculation
Which Is No Cure At All

I guess every man who has looked for a premature ejaculation cure has
come across the old "squeeze" method. That's the one where you wait
until you're about to ejaculate, then you withdraw from your partner's
vagina, and then either she or you firmly squeezes your penis just
below the glans (Ouch!) before you re-enter her. The idea is that this
causes your arousal to drop, your erection subside, and so you can last
longer.

Does it work? The short answer is "No, not really" - and in any case
why should you suffer the pain of a squeezed penis? Let's get one thing
straight! Anything which distracts you so much from the pleasure of sex
- and make no mistake, this is an uncomfortable process - will lower
your arousal and give you the power to go on for a little longer in
bed. BUT! At the risk of being crude, a swift kick in the balls would
distract you just as effectively, and you wouldn't want to continue
with sex after that either, would you?

There are more serious reasons why this isn't something to try. For one
thing, it disrupts sex. Moving from foreplay to intercourse should be
easy and simple, and once you're inside your partner, you want to be
able to stay there, not keep having to withdraw to have your penis
squeezed!

Let's put that technique where it belongs - in the dustbin of
history....

And while we're on the subject of no-hope cures, what about the
stop-start technique? That's the one you often see described in those
brief answers on "Ask the doctor" type websites. What's it mean? You
put your penis in your partner, thrust until you're about to come, take
it out, relax, put it back in, thrust till you're about to come, take
it out.....and so on. Sex might last a long time, but most of it will
be you hanging around outside her vagina. How boring for you both. And,
unfortunately, it doesn't work, because there's no process there for
you to learn how to control your orgasm. Each time you put your penis
back in her, you're back to square one.....I know, because I tried it.
I know, because I've had loads of men tell me it doesn't work: you
still come just as quickly each time you re-enter your partner.

Did You Hear The One About The Baseball Game?

I've heard a lot of men say that they need to think about something
different when they're having sex, just to distract themselves.....to
get their mind off the sheer dam' sexiness of what they're doing, the
excitement of feeling themselves thrusting inside the warmth and
wetness of their partner.....that they must think about the baseball
game......must think about their taxes, must think
about......arrghhhh!!!! Another explosion!

Well, you get my point, I'm sure. Trying to distract yourself doesn't
work.....it just ruins sex because it takes your mind off the pleasure
of what you're doing. And make no mistake - your partner wants you to
be fully present in mind and body, right there with her, enjoying the
experience alongside her as you make love. Another technique for the
dustbin!
